Speaker-aware transcription
Know who said what.
Bring a recording. Recallio turns it into a clear transcript, separates the speakers, and can remember their voices — only when you ask it to.
✓ No meeting bot. Voice memory starts with consent.
Less transcript archaeology
The useful part starts after the call.
Recallio makes every recording readable, attributable and ready to use.
Upload any file
Audio or video from your phone, laptop or recorder. We pull out the speech and get to work.
Meeting recordings
Upload a meeting recording and keep it for playback right beside the transcript.
Dictate in the browser
Speak notes straight into your browser mic. Dictations auto-delete after 7 days.
Record browser meetings
The Recallio Recorder for Chrome captures Google Meet, Zoom Web or Teams Web — tab and mic as two tracks.
Hear the room, not just the words.
Speaker separation splits the conversation into distinct voices, so every line keeps its human context. Review turns, fix names, and play the audio next to the text.
- Click any line to jump the audio there
- Rename a speaker once, it updates everywhere in the transcript
- Export plain text with speaker labels
A library you can actually search.
Filter by meetings, uploads or dictations, by time and by status. Search by title or by who spoke.

How it works
Three steps. No bot joins your call.
- 1
Bring audio
Upload a file, dictate, or record a browser meeting with the Chrome recorder.
- 2
Get a speaker-aware transcript
Recallio transcribes the speech and separates each voice into turns.
- 3
Name, review, export
Name the speakers, check the turns against the audio, and export the text.
Consent-first voice memory
Naming is not remembering.
Naming a speaker only labels that transcript. Recallio remembers a voice only when that person opts in, and each voiceprint can be switched off or deleted at any time.
Voice memory is offered only where it is available for your declared country or region.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Does a bot join my meeting?
No. The Recallio Recorder for Chrome records the browser tab you are in, plus your microphone, as two separate tracks. Nobody new appears in the participant list.
Which meeting tools work with the Chrome recorder?
Google Meet, Zoom Web and Microsoft Teams Web, running in Chrome. For anything else, upload the recording afterwards.
What happens to my dictations?
Dictations are deleted automatically after 7 days. Copy or export anything you want to keep.
Will Recallio remember my voice?
Only if you opt in. Naming a speaker labels that one transcript; a voiceprint is created only after that person agrees, and can be removed at any time.
Why do meetings cost more minutes?
Meetings recorded with the Chrome recorder have two tracks (tab and mic), so each minute of meeting uses about two minutes of balance.
Can I get all my data out?
Yes. From your account page you can export everything as JSON, or delete all of your data.
Can I record people without telling them?
No. Please read the Recording Notice and share it before you record. Recallio is not for covert recording.
